What are the different kinds of stained glass windows. I know there are probably many different ones, but which are the most affordable kinds and how about efficiency? Do they make stained glass windows with LowE Argon filled options and what about double or triple paned? I think it would be hard to determine which is the best without know what is available.

I thought stained glass was small glass pieces held together with lead - like you find in churches, are you guys talking about something else?

Etching is done with acid which erodes the surface making the patterns, stained glass (like churches) the images are painted onto the glass.

I don't think there is a better its all down to requirments

Actually, Cymru, stained glass is small pieces of colored glass that are held together with leading which is then soldered together. It just happens to be one of my many hobbies. Very Happy

If you want to buy stained glass windows or stained glass panels for that special decorating or accenting touch for your home, office, or any commercial property, look for the store that can provide you with quality products and abundance of choice.Buy stained glass windows only where you have a choice of sizes, types, and themes, and where you know the company will stand behind its product. Whether the motif you choose is floral, geometric, coastal, or one of the many other unique themes available where quality stained glass windows are available, you want to have a variety of choices in heights and widths. Any good vendor of this type of product should offer many stained glass windows for sale that will meet your decorating needs or desires.
