| What are the different kinds of stained glass windows. I know there are probably many different ones, but which are the most affordable kinds and how about efficiency? Do they make stained glass windows with LowE Argon filled options and what about double or triple paned? I think it would be hard to determine which is the best without know what is available. |

| I thought stained glass was small glass pieces held together with lead - like you find in churches, are you guys talking about something else? |

Etching is done with acid which erodes the surface making the patterns, stained glass (like churches) the images are painted onto the glass.
I don't think there is a better its all down to requirments |
