| I know you want to keep down costs while you are doing your build, but make sure that you get registered certified tradesmen when it comes to building your home, take references and get a variety of quotes |

| What do you think makes a good builder and why are these reasons what make the builder good or not. How can one ensure they are providing the best possible build. |

What makes a good builder? good question - and I dont reckong I can answer but always get references from others that company have worked on, get examples of thier work, look at the comapanies certifications and the length of time thiey have been around |

| I wanted to ask as I know that when others come in here they might have that question. I just did not want to write and then answer it as there are many things you need to look for to ensure that you are getting a good price and that the work will be completed to your satisfaction. |
