Most of the time a Sunroom can be built on an existing deck or concrete patio with only minor upgrades to either.
Bringing the Sunroom up to house floor level typically looks more appealing and not so much as an addition to your home. This how ever would add a little more cost to your project.
All of this should be included in your estimate.

Sunrooms are great additions for those looking to sell their houses and get more money out of selling it. I prefer adding sunrooms to already made patios, because it is one less step that has too be done.
