Mike has been crucial in getting my new home improvement message board up and running. The site is geared at homeowners and do it yourself enhtusiasts. The new DIY forum is going to be a hotbed for activity on '08 with Mike and WebFirstCreation's help.
If there are any contractors that handle plumbing, HVAC, electricians, and GC remodeling specialists out there, I could use your help. Come on over and register. |

| Thanks for the feedback on the help and your relationship with WebFirstCreations. I'm sure Mike will be glad to know he is appreciated. Good luck with the new DIY forum and let us know if you need anything. |

| That is a nice forum. Looks like you have already got a good user base, that was fast. Are you doing some form of marketing that is getting you traffic to the site so quickly? |

| I have to say that is a good looking site. I can tell it is the work of these guys and it does look like you have built a good bit of users already. I'll make sure to stop by and join. |

Thank you guys. I've run some PPC campaigns the past week and used a couple different channels to try and get traffic. The problem now is the conversion rate. Almost 10,000 page views and many visitors passing through the first week but not enough signups. I have some plans for incresing the CV.
In the meantime, I would be very appreciative if you guys would sign up and make a post or two. |

| Brian, the look of the page is actually a template that I had a graphics guy add some things to like the logo and lettering |

| Well this is a good place to be able to get some help with projects that are not normally within your area. So we will have to see how it goes. |

| For some people this is definitely the way to go, especially if you are looking to cost effects ways to make home improvements. The only caution is, that some work may appear to be easy enough but might require that you bring in a professional to help get the project completed. Know when a professional is needed and make sure that he comes in only to advise you on what you need to do, unless you just cannot perform the work. There are bad contractors out there so be careful. |
