Do you offer anything for people who want to further their education in the construction industry. If so what do you offer such as tuition reimbursement and how much are you willing to reimburse for this.

I do not offer anything like this right now as my business is too new to be able to help them out at this time. I would like to see employees better themselves and help them when my business is more established.

Hi Jeannie, A rule of thumb know, they guys we use are tradesmen they already have thier correct certifications and if needed have passed through college, Labourers and gorund workers do not require any specific training per se.
If we are required to do health and Safety trianing, we will pick up the tab |

But what is your employees are trained in one area but would be interested in learning other areas as well, so they can get more work. Would you consider a tuition reimbursement for that.

Good question, I figure it allows for a better opportunity to climb the ladder.
