If you do decide to build yourself, do not cut corners looking for savings, they will come back and bite you in the butt, spend a little more now to safeguard your future

That was something that I seen people doing all the time then they have to call in a professional to fix the problem costing them a lot of money. I have to agree on this one, do not ever consider cutting corners.
